Before dispatch
You may request cancellation before an order is packed or dispatched. We will confirm whether cancellation remains possible.
After dispatch
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after delivery.
Refund timing
Approved prepaid cancellations are returned to the original payment method; banking timelines vary.
