Return window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags, packaging and any included accessories. Customised, stitched and final-sale items are not returnable unless defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing time may vary.
